Chloe is a junior at UW, studying Psychology and French. After finding MODA during her first year at the University, Chloe has worked as a Fashion Writer as well as a Foreign Correspondent while studying abroad in Paris. She is elated to embrace her new role as Editor-in-Chief and looks forward to helping the magazine grow and gain recognition in our campus, city, and national community.

Jesse Tovar, Marketing and Public Relations Directorjesse

Jesse is a junior at UW-Madison studying Strategic Communications and Digital Studies. He joined the MODA staff last semester as a Contributing Writer and is thrilled to be taking on the marketing role for the magazine. Jesse grew up in Milwaukee and this past summer had the chance to work at CBS-58 News Milwaukee as a web intern. With graduation on the horizon, Jesse hopes to move to New York City to pursue his dreams of a career in magazines and endless Chinese takeout.

aliAli Zimmerman, Financial Director

Ali is a junior at UW-Madison, and is majoring in Finance and Marketing. This past summer she worked as a bookkeeper at a restaurant in Grafton, WI and hopes to pursue a career in the retail industry. She is very excited to join MODA and help with plans to create a financial foundation to expand MODA.

paigePaige Schultz, Fashion Editor, Managing Editor

Paige is a junior at UW-Madison majoring in Journalism, Strategic Communications, and Communication Arts. Previously involved with MODA as a Fashion Writer, Paige has transitioned to the roles of Deputy Editor and Fashion Editor for the magazine this year. This past summer, Paige completely immersed herself into the fashion world by interning with Vince Camuto’s Marketing and Public Relations Department in New York City. This semester, in addition to upholding her editorial responsibilities for MODA, Paige is also the Public Relations Coordinator and Digital Content Editor for iona, a new, high-end Madison boutique. Upon graduating next year, Paige hopes to return to the Big Apple where she can pursue a career in Strategic Communications and simultaneously feed her insatiable desire for fashion and fast-paced living.

jenJen Anderson, Lifestyle Editor

Jen is a sophomore at UW-Madison planning to double major in Journalism and Strategic Communication. As a native Coloradan, she loves spending time hiking, running, and frolicking around in nature. She has also spent the last 15 years training in traditional ballet, pointe, and jazz. This past summer, Jen worked at The Dailey Method in Paris. She taught several classes of dance in French and worked as a communications intern in the creation of a studio newsletter. She is a true coffee lover and thrives on the large array of cafés Madison has to offer. Jen looks forward to the rest of her years at Madison and her time with MODA.

Caroline is a junior at UW-Madison majoring in Journalism with focuses in Reporting and Strategic Communications, as well as pursuing a Certificate in Business. She realized and affirmed her love for journalism after interning at WISN-12 News in Milwaukee, WI. She discovered MODA Magazine after transferring from UW-Lacrosse and still regards it as the perfect merriment of her loves for fashion and writing.  Caroline has always been enamored with the city of Madison and can’t wait to keep learning and sharing all that it has to offer through the Social section.

kelly3Kelly Kaschner, Art Director

Kelly is a fifth year senior set to finish up her BFA in Graphic Design and Certificate in Entrepreneurship in December. She loves to explore all aspects of design, currently working as a designer for two other organizations and freelancing for web, print, and app design in her nonexistent free time. Upon graduation, she hopes to finally settle down with just one job, pursuing a career in graphic design (branding and identity) with future plans to launch several entrepreneurial ventures.

Marlee Katz, Fashion Director
Marlee also plans events for the new, high-end Madison boutique, iona. Concerning her past experience, Marlee spent this past summer further immersing herself in the worlds of fashion and event planning as an intern with The Chicago Sun-Times SPLASH section. Upon graduating in May, Marlee hopes to move back to the city and pursue a career in creative styling and event is finishing up her final year at UW-Madison with a major in Fine Arts and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. As a Fashion Writer for MODA since her sophomore year, Marlee cannot wait to begin her new position as Fashion Director, where she plans to utilize her fine arts background to create exquisite photo shoots and produce the third annual UW Fashion Week Runway Show.
